True Finns change their mind again
A day after the True Finns signalled that they might support a Portuguese rescue package, they changed their mind again, by categorically ruling out that that they would support such a measure. "Such a solution that could work for us cannot be found with the current assumptions... We will not support or vote in support of these solutions, because we do not believe in these systems." Reuters quoted political commentators in Finland as saying that that it would be difficult for the True Finns to enter the next government now. The Social Democrats, who came second in the elections, have yet to make up their mind about their position on a Portuguese package.
